The fee concession is available to meritorious and economically weaker section students only.
CHANGE OF SUBJECT
A student at entry level with the permission of teacher concerned and with the permission of the principal, may change a subject or subjects within time as directed by the University by applying for it on the prescribed form available in the college office within 10 days.
ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE RULES
Each undergraduate student is required to attend at least 75% of lectures delivered in each subject.
Fee concession/stipend/scholarship are liable to be withdrawn if a student remains irregular or is found guilty of misconduct or misbehaviour in college premises.
Any student applying for sick leave has to submit her leave application on prescribed form available in college office and it must be signed by guardian and countersigned by the medical officer in the case of leave is for more than three days.
Long absence or non-payment of fee will make the student liable to be struck off from the college rolls. She can be re admitted on the payment of dues and fines.
- Only 20 days of maximum leave will be granted to the student in case of self-marriage. No lecture shortage will be condoned for the same.
- If the Principal is not satisfied with the reasons for the Lecture shortage given by the student, the same can be denied. Accordingly, the Principal reserves all rights in the matter of lecture shortage of the students.
- If a student wishes to struck off her name from college roll, she must give in writing and the relevant application must be countersigned by her parents/guardian. Until her name is formally struck off, she is liable to pay all the college dues and fines incurred on.
- College fee and annual charges once paid shall not be refunded whatever the case may be.
A student who remains absent without leave for more than a week, is liable to have her name struck off from the rolls of the college. The student will be re-admitted after payment of Rs.1000/-as fine.
